SPORTS TAPING
Kinesiology tape, also known as kinesio tape, is a stretchy, elastic tape that responds in a similar manner to human skin.
Studies have shown that it may help to treat a wide range of sports injuries, assist with singing (via the vagus nerve) and control inflammatory conditions.
PRE & POST NATAL

CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS

Growing pains can be debilitating for your children. Generally they will resolve by themselves, but sometimes your child will need therapeutic intervention.
A child before the age of 4 can loose to finger tip in an accident and actually regenerate that finger tip! Amazing! Yet, this super human strength means that sometimes children may heal very quickly, allowing scar tissue to form; restricting the bodies ability to slide and glide within the internal fascial surfaces. Leading to further loss of mobility and fascial pain. Manual therapy can address these issues.
OVER 60’s
Just because you’re 60+ doesn’t mean you should be suffering from chronic pain because you are “getting old”. SWEDISH MASSAGE
One of the most popular forms of massage therapy. A full body Swedish massage is designed to relax the body, it is gentler than a deep tissue massage but can be a combination of relaxing and tension releasing. It can be used to loosen up tightened muscles, relieve pain and improve lymphatic flow in the body. This massage can be tailored to meet individual needs, you may have several areas of tension but do not want a deep massage to your whole body so it can be a mixture of relaxation and deep pressure as required. It is great for relieving physical, emotional, and mental tension.
RELAXATION MASSAGE
A full body massage designed to relax your body and mind, this is a smooth, gentle massage that uses only light strokes and pressure, no deep at all. This is great to help with sleep, anxiety and helps to promote calmness.
HOT AND COLD STONES MASSAGE
A therapeutic treatment which uses hot and cold basalt stones to help relax, detox, and heal the body. Cold stones are used to help reduce swelling and improve blood flow; it is also very refreshing on a hot day. Hot stones are used to help muscles to relax and soften. Traditional Swedish massage techniques are also used in this treatment to prepare the muscles.
