THE THERAPIST’S HOUR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

5\/10 minutes of your new patient appointment is for administration such as booking the next appointment and taking payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\/5 minutes for administration is part of your 30 minute follow up appointment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We require 24 hours notice for you to cancel an appointment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you cancel or not attend your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee. Further details are included on the booking confirmation email.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

INSURANCES<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Synergy Practice is Insured by Simply Business LTD <\/strong>and the CSP for its business, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance – these certificates are on display in the clinic.

If you have private health insurance this will need to be discussed with your provider as each healthcare insurance package is different to the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
